This policy covers the ItziGroup main website and support website. It does not cover the ItziPDF Android application, which has its own separate ItziPDF Privacy Policy.
Who we are
ItziGroup builds applications, digital tools, and technology experiences. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit itzigroup.com, visit support.itzigroup.com, or contact our team through those websites.
Information you choose to provide
We receive the information you include when you contact support or email us. This may include your name, email address, subject, message, and any other details you choose to send. Please do not include passwords, payment information, government identifiers, medical information, or sensitive document contents in a support message.
Technical information
Our websites are currently published through GitHub Pages. GitHub states that a visitor's IP address is logged and stored for security purposes when a GitHub Pages site is visited. Our domain and network providers may also process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the websites, such as browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and the date and time of a request. We do not currently operate our own user-account system, advertising tracker, or website analytics service. You can read the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Cookies and similar technologies
ItziGroup does not currently set first-party cookies on these public websites, and we do not use advertising cookies. Website font files are hosted directly on our websites and do not require your browser to contact Google for font delivery. If we add analytics, preferences, or other cookie-based features later, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.
How we use information

- To prevent misuse and protect ItziGroup, our visitors, and our services.

Support messages
Our support form is delivered through Formspree. When you submit the form, your name, email address, subject, message, and standard request information are sent to Formspree so the submission can be stored in our form account and delivered to ItziGroup Support. Formspree may also receive technical request information such as your IP address, browser type, access time, and referring page, and may process information in the United States and other countries. Formspree acts as our form-delivery service provider; see its Privacy Policy. You can avoid the form and contact us directly by email instead.
Third-party services and links
Our website fonts are stored and delivered from our own sites. Although the font files originate from the open-source Google Fonts distribution, your browser does not contact Google to load them. Our websites also link to external services such as Instagram, Facebook, and X. When you follow an external link, the destination service's privacy policy applies.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, secure, or operate the websites; when required by law or a valid legal request; to protect rights and safety; or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Retention
We keep support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support history, resolve disputes, protect our services, or meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the practices of the relevant hosting and network providers.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational practices to protect information. However, no website, email service, or method of transmission is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.
Children
These websites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through them. A parent or guardian who believes a child has contacted us may request deletion.
Your choices and requests

International processing
