ItziPDF is a local-first PDF toolkit. This release does not require an account, and we do not sell your personal data or document contents.
When you select PDFs, images, text, or camera scans, the app uses that data only to perform the tool you selected. Local tools process files on your device. Completed PDFs are automatically kept in the private ItziPDF Library with basic local catalog details such as filename, tool, page count, size, and creation time. You can choose to place an additional copy in a selected folder or share it with another app. If you open a PDF from another app using “Open with,” the chosen file is copied into app cache so it can be reviewed or processed.
The app locally remembers the last page you read, bookmarks, view mode, page rotation, and reading appearance for up to 200 recent documents. To recognize a reselected or renamed document, it stores a compact local fingerprint derived from file size and small beginning/end samples; the samples and PDF contents are not stored in the reader-state record. It also stores settings such as language, theme, and your selected output folder. Reader state, Library catalog details, and preferences are not uploaded to Itzi Group in this release.
Camera permission is used only when you start Scan to PDF. File access is handled through Android’s file picker or share/open flow, which gives ItziPDF access only to the items you select. If you select a custom output folder, Android’s folder picker grants ongoing access to that folder so the app can create future copies there. When you switch back to the automatic Library or choose another folder, the app stops using the previous folder and asks Android to release its ongoing access; storage-provider behavior may prevent immediate revocation. Access may also end if the folder is moved or deleted or the app’s permission is removed. ItziPDF does not request contacts, SMS, call log, microphone, location, or All files access permissions.
In this pre-backend release, tools marked as requiring backend or cloud support do not upload your files. If cloud tools are enabled later, such as Office conversion, OCR, AI features, or advanced repair, only files you deliberately choose will be uploaded over a secure connection such as HTTPS to Itzi Group or a disclosed service provider. Files will be retained only as long as needed to complete the job or meet limited legal requirements.
If you choose “Rate ItziPDF,” the app requests Google Play’s official in-app review experience. ItziPDF does not receive your review text, star rating, or Google account information from that experience. Google Play processes the review and related data under Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Play terms. If the review experience is unavailable, the app may open ItziPDF’s Google Play listing instead.
Google Mobile Ads is not enabled in this release. If it is enabled in a future release, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or share the advertising ID, device and app information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and approximate information needed for advertising, fraud prevention, security, and measurement. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
If you contact support or use our social links, we process the email address and information you send so we can respond. If crash reporting is added later, it will be used to improve stability and we will not intentionally log document contents.
We share files or data only when you choose to save/share through another app or service, when a disclosed provider is needed for a future cloud tool, when an ads SDK is enabled, or when required by law. We do not sell personal or sensitive data.
We use appropriate practices such as encrypted transfer for network communication. Local files also depend on your device and app-storage protections. No system is 100% secure, so avoid processing highly sensitive documents on an untrusted device.
ItziPDF Library outputs remain until you delete each file, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Reader state is kept locally for up to 200 recent documents and older records may be replaced; reader state and other preferences otherwise remain until you clear app data or uninstall. Uninstalling removes files in the app’s private storage. Deleting a Library file does not delete copies you saved to a custom folder or shared elsewhere; those copies remain until you delete them through your file manager or storage provider and may survive uninstall. Android may automatically remove temporary input files. For support-data deletion requests, or future cloud-processed files, contact itzigroup_support@itzigroup.com.
ItziPDF is not directed to children under 13. Use the app only for documents you own or have the legal right to process.
We may update this policy when features, SDKs, or backend services are added. We will keep the in-app text and public policy aligned with the app’s actual behavior.

نستخدم ممارسات مناسبة مثل النقل المشفر للبيانات عند وجود اتصال شبكي. الملفات المحلية تعتمد أيضا على حماية جهازك ومساحة التطبيق. لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة 100%، لذلك تجنب معالجة مستندات شديدة الحساسية على جهاز غير موثوق.
تبقى نتائج مكتبة ItziPDF حتى تحذف كل ملف على حدة أو تمسح بيانات التطبيق أو تزيل التطبيق. تُحفظ حالة القارئ محليا لما يصل إلى 200 مستند حديث وقد تُستبدل السجلات الأقدم؛ وتبقى حالة القارئ والتفضيلات الأخرى إلى أن تمسح بيانات التطبيق أو تزيله. إزالة التطبيق تحذف الملفات الموجودة في مساحة التطبيق الخاصة. حذف ملف من مكتبة ItziPDF لا يحذف النسخ التي حفظتها في مجلد مخصص أو شاركتها خارجه؛ تبقى تلك النسخ حتى تحذفها من مدير الملفات أو الخدمة التي حفظتها فيها، وقد تبقى بعد إزالة التطبيق. قد يحذف أندرويد ملفات الإدخال المؤقتة تلقائيا. لطلبات حذف بيانات الدعم أو أي ملفات تمت معالجتها سحابيا مستقبلا، راسلنا على itzigroup_support@itzigroup.com.
ItziPDF غير موجه للأطفال دون 13 سنة. يجب استخدام التطبيق فقط للملفات التي تملكها أو لديك صلاحية قانونية لمعالجتها.
